<<Back to PUB

Doss Aviation Initial Flight Screening (IFS), located at Pueblo Memorial Airport (PUB), will conduct approximately 140 sorties per day in DA-20 aircraft.

Doss IFS will conduct training from SR-SS, Monday thru Friday and occasionally on weekends.

The DA-20 is a  low-wing, fixed-gear aircraft that will cruise to and from the practice areas at speeds from 70-120 KIAS.

The practice areas for Doss IFS are located northeast through southwest of the Pueblo VOR clockwise from the 012°-206° radial extending from 12-28 DME.

Airfields included in the work area are Bullseye airfield (C090) and Fowler airport (C080).  Doss IFS aircraft will be operating from the surface to 8,500 ft MSL throughout these areas.

There is a high volume of pattern work accomplished at both Pueblo (PUB) and Fowler Airport (C080) and some pattern work is conducted at Fremont County Airport (1V6).
